Basic Instructions for Prezi

• Log into Prezi and Click on "New Prezi"

• A list of themes will pop up, and you can choose one or start with a blank board.

• Click the "+" add button at the top left courner to add items.

• Double click on the page to add text.

• You can also change the font and color of the text.

• By clicking on the text you can enlarge or shrink it.

• Also you can flip the image by dragging the blue marks around the blue circle.

• By dragging the small hand you can move the item.

• To add images click on insert in the top left menu and select image. (You can also insert Youtube videos, powerpoint slides, and more in this way.)

• You can change the path of the Prezi by clicking on "Path".

• The number of the item is its order of the path. Change its order by clicking and dragging the numbers. You can also add a diversion from the path by clicking the small dot between two different items. The colomn on the right will show the order of the slides.

• You can change the theme of the entire prezi by clicking on Themes and Colors and choosing one. There is also an option to create your own theme.

• More frames can be inserted by clicking on frames and choosing the style of frame you want.

• The Prezi will automatically save.

When you are finished you can preview the Prezi by clicking on the play button at the bottom of the screen. Or you can click exit where you can play through your Prezi and share it.
